It is on one of those topics that people are never sure how to respond to. We have two contradictory ways of looking at the world and, it seems to me, neither of them are particularly useful when it comes to understanding ethnicity and how this impacts on how students learn.

This is not only bollocks no one is really colour blind , it actively ignores both systematic disadvantage people suffer due to their skin colour and, much more importantly in some senses, white privilege. The colour rainbow for learning ability generally goes yellow, white, olive, brown, black. And that is the main point of this book.
